Our Team

Our Regional Managers are equipped with new technologies to help ensure quick, efficient responses to all of your building maintenance needs.

They are in the field conducting hands-on supervision ensuring the service we provide you is always meeting your expectations.  Knowing our Regional Manager is on site provides the peace of mind you’re looking for!

Our team of highly skilled porters, maintenance mechanics and carpenters are equipped with cell phones so they are easy to reach when you need them. They are also fully uniformed and carry an ID badge to validate their identity. Our customers appreciate this level of professionalism!

Every service contract ensures our CEO and the Regional Manager attend a Board meeting once annually. The balance of our Management team  works “one-on-one” with the association to provide quick and professional answers to any work order, project, scheduling, status, or billing questions.


 

 

JIM RADEMACHER

CEO

Jim Rademacher is founder and CEO.  He oversees the day-to-day operations, manages profitability, cash flow, pricing, estimates and overall accounting. 

Jim is very active in industry trade organizations.  He served as President of the New Jersey chapter of the Community Association Institute(CAI) in 2009 and held numerous other board positions throughout the years.

Rezkom has been a Platinum Plus sponsor of the CAI-New Jersey chapter since 2003.

Jim became one of the nation’s first to earn his CAI Educated Business Partner distinction and also co-created a module for the educational webinar.  Jim is currently on the board of directors for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) – Chapter 1 trade organization.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University where he has served as the President of the Alumni Board of Directors since 2012.

Director of Business Development

Lauren is responsible for new business sales, retention and customer relations. 

Lauren joined the Rezkom team in 2014, prior to that she was a Business Developer for a successful restoration company and also managed a luxury apartment community.

Ken is responsible for supervising and mentoring his staff, overseeing the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of his region, and coordinating and managing all projects in his region. Ken has been with Rezkom since 2001.

Prior to joining our team, Ken was a Union carpenter for 12 years.

Piotr is responsible for supervising and mentoring his staff, overseeing the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of his region, and for coordinating and managing all projects in his region. 

Piotr has been with Rezkom since 2016. Prior to joining our team, he served as Project Manager for a well-known Restoration company in NJ and is well versed with multifamily housing and Community Associations throughout the state. .

Tage is responsible for supervising and mentoring his staff, overseeing the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of his region, and for coordinating and managing all projects in his region.

Tage has been with Rezkom since 2011. Prior to joining our team, Tage was a community manager for 5 years and also ran a service department for 6 years.

Assistant Regional Manager, TEAM NORTH

Jason is responsible for additional supervisory support alongside Regional Manager, Piotr Matosiuk. Piotr and Jason will work together to hire, manager and mentoring their staff, as well as overseeng the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of Team North, and for coordinating and managing all projects. 

Jason has been with Rezkom since 2017. Prior to joining our team, he served as Assistant Manager for a NJ Apartment Community with over 10 years of industry experience .

Assistant Regional Manager, TEAM EAST

Larry is responsible for additional supervisory support alongside Regional Manager, Tage Franks. Tage and Larry will work together to hire, manage and mentor their staff, as well as overseeing the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of Team East, and for coordinating and managing all projects. 

Larry started with Rezkom as Maintenance Mechanic in 2014. He was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager in 2016 due to his strong work ethic and leadership qualities.

Assistant Regional Manager - TEAM WEST

Mike is responsible for additional supervisory support alongside Regional Manager, Ken Turner. Ken and Mike will work together to hire, manage and mentor their staff, as well as overseeing the daily operation, job site safety, and profitability of Team West, and for coordinating and managing all projects. 

Mike started with Rezkom as a Maintenance Mechanic in 2017 and was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager within his first year. Prior to that, he owned his own construction company, specializing in home renovations, roofing and siding.

JENNIFER DIMARSICO

Accounting Administrator

Jennifer is responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping functions as well as taxes and auditing.

Jennifer has been with Rezkom since 2005.  Prior to that, Jennifer worked providing administrative and bookkeeping support for a successful medical group for 8 years.

Administrative & Marketing Associate

Tracy is responsible for all social media accounts, advertising and marketing efforts, and coordination of networking and industry events. 

Tracy is also responsible for assisting with various administrative duties.  

Tracy has been with Rezkom since 2015. Prior to that, she has held various other administrative positions.   

SHAUNA LICCIARDI

Office Manager

Shauna is responsible for Human Resources, Payroll, Insurance, oversight of daily office operations.

Shauna started with Rezkom in 2015. Prior to that, she managed apartment communities, has worked in Human Resources/Office Management, and has earned her HR Certifications.

Payroll Administrator

Mikel is responsible for project tracking, a/p reconciliations, payroll processing and general accounting assistance.

Mikel started with Rezkom in 2016. Prior to that, she worked for 9 years for two of the top Management Companies in our industry.

Client Services Coordinator

Linda's responsibilities include customer service and communications, work order status reporting and tracking, and general administrative duties

Linda started with Rezkom in 2017. Prior to that, she worked as a Customer Service Manager for a global medical instrument coating facility.
