Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Statewide
- Check in with management upon arrival, midday, and before leaving
- Complete work orders (cleaning, light bulbs, etc.)
- Complete routine grounds cleaning and dumpster area cleaning
- Maintain recycling areas
- Complete routine common area light bulb inspection and replacement
- Clean common breezeways/ hallways
- Clean and stock clubhouse
- Inspect and replace emergency lighting in clubhouse
- Inspect property and report findings to management
- Hand deliver resident letters, board packs, mailbox notices
- Complete all paperwork during the day and submit copies to manager before leaving the site

- Patrol grounds, dumpsters and recycling areas for debris
- Clean and set up clubhouse
- Organize dumpster and recycling areas for better use (may include lifting bulk trash, moving dumpsters, etc.)
- Disassemble and clean common area light fixtures
- Clean leaves and debris from storm drains and culvert drains
- Sweep, blow, and/or vacuum curb lines
- Steam clean or mop breezeway/hallways
- Clean ceramic tile, grout, caulking in clubhouse kitchen and bathrooms
- Clean clubhouse kitchen cabinets
- Clean clubhouse windows
- Clean and organize storage closets and sheds
- Check in with management upon arrival, midday, and before leaving
- Read through work orders and discuss with Regional Manager as needed
- Prioritize and complete work orders
- Prepare material lists, purchase materials, or order as needed
- Document work orders to include:
- Name(s)
- Date
- Time in
- Time out
- Work performed
- Materials used
- Resident signature or copy of door knocker
- Complete/ Pending

- Perform the following tasks:
- Repair/replace minor damage to wood trim, shutters, gutters, roofing, siding, concrete, curbing, breezeways, railings, fences, playground equipment, etc.
- Repair, replace, and straighten signs
- Complete lighting inspections
- Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and secure
- Submit copies of work orders to management and bring originals back to shop
- Provide personal hand tools
- Use power tools and equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Review project with Construction Manager or Regional Manager if working on a condo site
- Take direction form Construction Manager/ Regional Manager and assist them with all aspects of the project
- Meet and brief sub-contractors
- Accept material deliveries and collect receipts
- Inspect and secure work site daily
- Document all projects on a daily basis
- Document work hours daily
- Prepare material list, purchase materials, or order as needed
- Provide personal hand tools daily
- Review and become familiar with project specifications and/ or plans
- Use power tools and equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well organized maintenance vehicle

- Interior carpentry, shelving, built ins
- Roofing installation and repairs
- Siding installation and repairs
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Hardwood flooring installation
- Door and hardware installation
- Cabinet installation

- Keep work areas clean, safe, and secure
- Assist Construction Manager with all other aspects of project
