Our History
Rezkom Enterprises, Inc. was founded by James M. Rademacher, a graduate from Rider University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Labor Law & Organizational Behavior.
Jim started Rezkom on January 17, 1989 with painting as his main service. He progressed into apartment turnover renovations and was soon asked to supply his clients with more specialized services. His customers liked his professionalism and the quality of his work and invited him to take on porter, maintenance, and construction services as the years progressed. Rezkom grew over the years and has successfully added services like new home building, additions, and renovations.
Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit continues as he celebrates 30+ years of providing quality and professional services for condominium, townhome, co-op, mid and high-rise, and homeowner associations. Today, Rezkom Enterprises, Inc. is one of the largest and most respected building maintenance companies in New Jersey.
